Orders $59.99 and over:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Use our tracking page to track your order directly.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@nocturnol.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please check:
• Around your mailbox, porch, front door, side door, or building entrance
• With household members or neighbors
• With your local carrier or delivery office

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@nocturnol.com with your order number.
We’ll review the tracking information and help work toward a resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nocturnol.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
